Providence Delices ("Providence Delices," "we," "us," or "our") is a specialty bakery based in Cleveland, Ohio. We make custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies and pastries for weddings, birthdays, showers and other celebrations.

When you fill out our order request form, call us, message us, or place an order, we may collect:

- Flavor, filling, icing and design preferences, including any reference photos you send us

Information collected automatically
When you browse our website, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you viewed and the time spent on them. This is used to keep the site working properly and to understand which pages are useful.
Payment information
If you pay a deposit or an invoice, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials on our systems.

04Text Messaging and Mobile Information
No sharing of mobile informationNo mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we obtain your consent
We only send text messages to people who have given us express written consent to receive them. You may provide consent by:
- Submitting our online order request form with your mobile number and checking the consent box
- Providing your mobile number in person, over the phone or in writing and agreeing to receive text messages
- Texting us first at our business number
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
What we send
Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include order and quote updates, appointment and pickup reminders, delivery notifications, replies to your questions, and promotional offers.
Opting out
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (216) 242-9504. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

07How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to fulfil your order, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and comply with our legal obligations.
Order and invoice records are typically retained for seven (7) years for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing contact information is retained until you opt out or ask us to delete it. Text messaging consent records are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.
08How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access or disclosure. Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to customer records is limited to people who need it to do their job.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
