My cake business specializes in French-style cakes, including Vanilla cake, Chocolate cake, Marble cake, Moka café cake, Strawberry cake, Coconut cake, Génoise cake, Crepes cake, Raffaello cake, Napoleon cake, and German chocolate cake.
Each cake is frosted with homemade buttercream in a variety of flavors—vanilla, chocolate, lemon, strawberry, and moka café.
I use quality ingredients, such as wheat flour, organic sugar, eggs, butter, cocoa powder, and milk. For those with special dietary needs, I also offer options with diet sugar, organic eggs, gluten-free flour, and dairy-free butter upon request.

Cupcakes
We like to think of cupcakes as “mini cakes.” Our cupcakes get the same level of attention and fresh, premium ingredients as our custom cakes. Each cupcake is hand-decorated and receives just the right amount of icing. When you ask for special custom order cupcakes, we will work with you from design to delivery.
Also keep in mind that when we deliver your cupcakes, we do more than just put them in a box for you. We provide a tiered cupcake tree to serve as an elegant arrangement and presentation. We can also individually frost each cupcake at the venue for faster service. It’ll be our goal to wow you and your guests.

Cookies can be thought of as sweet portable pastries. They can be a challenge because you have to pack more flavor into every bite for a pleasant pastry experience. We bake many different types of cookies from scratch every day, but we do run out. We can also create special custom order cookies and will work with you from design to delivery.

Although custom-made cakes are our specialty, we enjoy making other pastries such as croissants, cream puffs, crepes and muffins. Everything is made from scratch, and we take no shortcuts on quality. If you would like a unique creation (such as a “brookie” cake that’s half chocolate chip and half brownie), contact us and we’ll let you know what we can do.

The "Cake Shape, Size, and Servings Guide" chart helps you choose the right cake size for your event. It shows different cake shapes like round, square, heart, hexagon, and sheet. For each shape, the chart lists cake sizes in inches and tells you how many people each cake can serve. There are two categories: party servings and wedding servings, with wedding servings being smaller slices.
The chart also shows how many people a taller cake with three or four layers will serve. For example, a 6-inch round cake serves 10 people at a party, 12 at a wedding, and up to 24 if it's made as a tall, four-layer cake. This guide makes it easy to pick the right size cake based on how many people you need to feed.
